A small utility of doubtlessly limited appeal, this is a program designed to extract any number of MIDI files from an MMF game source file, or any other type of file where the MIDI data is stored in an unencrypted, uncompressed manner.

I made it out of necessity when I wanted to recover a MIDI from an old game I had made, and am sharing it here because, why not?

Nice I don't need it though, MMF2 has midi extracting capabilities anyway.

I remember finding one of these tools in the depths of the internet way back. It was a ridiculous and actually wished-for find.

I'd download it and test it if I used MIDIs!

I don't have an immediate use for this, but it I still think it's a nice idea and I'm sure...oh wait, I just reazied I have some old KnP games of mine I want to extract MIDIs from.. there you go

Why on earth is your aero theme so freakishly huge? That would drive me insane. In fact, I actually reduced the thickness of my taskbar in Windows 7, back to the thin size it was in Windows Vista.
Holy crap.

over compensation?

Man, a few years ago, this would have been insanely useful to me!

So it goes.

And the window size is default, I guess? My own computer is out-of-commission at the moment, and so the one I'm using right now is a loaner. Whatever the settings are, I haven't messed with 'em.

And that's actually why I made this program, because my game's MIDI was among the data trapped on my broken computer.
