I think Shab is saying he is one of the least likely moderators to ban Phizzy because they're friends. Although if you feel a ban is warranted and you're doing your job properly (ie no favouritism) then it's a pretty standard action isnt it?

I just wanted to say that I don't really know who this phizzy guy was, except reading that one post that phizzyphan linked, but i think you should invite him back. It's kinda boring without trolls here, everbody is so serius.
