I like this game, it shows great potential, though there are a few niggles I have with it. It's entirely possible to miss swarms of enemies if you are on the wrong side of the screen, The swarm is too thick to gain any way to get in front to shoot them.

The Bosses. Shootemups live and die by their bosses, and while I appreciate what you've done here, the bosses should really be more than just a single stage with a single firing pattern. Granted, I didn't play all that long it's nearly 1am and I have to work in the morning). The main levels could really use a sense of progression in terms of the enemies. Right now it seems to be a rather haphazard mix of small enemies, when what you really could do is introduce an enemy type, then come up with a interesting pattern based on that enemy type. Then introduce another enemy type, and use an interesting pattern, then mix the two. I like your multipart enemies, though I wish there were more variety in what the enemies did. Most charge forward and shoot forward. Even with these enemies though, you could utilize them in a wave pattern that travels from left to right in terms of where the enemies spawn.

I'm not trying o be down on your game, I swear! I just see the potential here and I'd love to see it expanded on!

Cool Game! Only on first level but the scrolling seems to stop after fighting the boss for a while, is this intentional?

There's something wrong with the high scores - they don't seem to be recorded except for the first time, when you put your name in. Or at any rate, one of mine which was definitely higher than any I'd had before didn't appear.

I didn't make the score system. It uses Mochi, and mochi stops recording scores after a few, 2 or 3. I found that out after testing it a bunch. If you play it on www.soapcow.com and have an account you can submit them to the site as many times as you want. Kinda sad that they aren't unified though.
