About:
Earth is under attack! It´s up to you to destroy the alien invaders.

Alien Space is a "wave based" shoot em up, think Space invaders or Parsec 47. To do so you have only your old trusted space ship, a pair of laser cannons and a screen clearing bomb.

Gameplay:
Destroy alien crafts to get points. Points are also gained by:
Ending a wave with bomb intact.
Three ships left at extend.
Collect power up at full power.

How to play:

arrows move
button 1 fire
button 2 bomb

p pause (any button to unpause)
j control with joypad
k control with keyboard
Alt+ Enter Fullscreen

Very fun!

The music really got on my nerves though, I just cut the sound off.

The graphics were great though, so I forgive.
I really wish it would have had some more scenery.
oh well, can't have it all.

Really nice space shooter. The gameplay was simple but yet managed to stay addictive.

It's also a game that's very easy to just pick up and play right away, beat the first 10 waves on my first try!

The music could've been better though.
It also seems the environment doesn't change, that'd be a great add-on if you were to update this.
