No, because Phizzy routinely helped people who needed it. To me a troll is useless all around.
Personally, he helped me learn how to make much better gravity for platforming jumps and etc. Before then all my guys had a weird triangular dorito jump trajectory.

I'd say his useful posts were about 50/50 actually. I always see this argument a lot, but being useful should not grant people immunity.
I'd say he was a troll yeah, but I wouldn't mind it if he'd actually be funny.
He was a troll, but a helpful one. He donated to TDC, he helped a lot of members. But he broke a lot of rules even after warnings.. didn't actually get banned until like a year after someone proposed banning him

I was only around for the very end of Phizzy's trollish rain, and then for latest rebirth...
Phizzy could have stayed around for longer on his latest rebirth I beleive, but his reputation was already so bad from his previous actions that even his mildly bad action were looked upon as major. The guy could have mature posts that we enjoyed, or he could have immature posts that we also enjoyed...
Poor Phizzy. He was a social reject. A weirdo that didn't fit in anywhere. Yet he contributed to the community in his own special way and was quite intelligent. You killed the innovative and inventive side of the community by banning him!

I'm not sure where you get that from, since there's only like 7 people permabanned. Mostly for really bad things like posting nude images and really offensive behavior. And ban evading.
Everyone else's ban has been canceled. Maybe a little easily, but it's technically not ban evading

Don't recognize any of them, but looks like all of them were the type who'd freely post porn, spam horrible things, or flame people for no reason. Looks like all of those bans are well deserved, on people who were just plain malicious.
Phizzy's an odd guy... he was deliberately trying to be annoying, but he loved helping people. Usually did both at the same time.
