Don't recognize any of them, but looks like all of them were the type who'd freely post porn, spam horrible things, or flame people for no reason. Looks like all of those bans are well deserved, on people who were just plain malicious. Phizzy's an odd guy... he was deliberately trying to be annoying, but he loved helping people.
