I'm sure I got mine from PC World, and it had Click and Create there as well. TGF came in a box that was pretty close to the size of my study bedroom. I think I bought mine from Electronics Boutique (Now GAME). Having MMF2 in shops will be amazing and hopefully offer it to many more people. n/a

I think 75% went towards the manual, 10% towards the box, and the rest towards the product, huhahaha. n/a
