Yes, but Klik and Play, and The Games Factory were published by Maxis / Europress respectively, although both were created by Yves and Francois. MMF2 will be published by Clickteam.... I think.

TGF came in a huge box - kind of like the older Monopoly style boxes and had a huge manual. I think I bought mine from Electronics Boutique (Now GAME). Having MMF2 in shops will be amazing and hopefully offer it to many more people.

Lewis: exactly the same for myself; I paid £60 WHOPPING QUID for TGF .

I think 75% went towards the manual, 10% towards the box, and the rest towards the product, huhahaha.

I'd imagine so, seeing as Clickteam are based in Europe. France I think.

I saw MMF once in.. STAPLES o_O...(maybe because IMSI originally published it?). Anyway. I am so looking forward to it :] Will we be able to import our apps from MMF1.5? If we do, do you think there will be speed improvements? *is talking to anyone who knows anything*

KNP was sold in stores. I bought mine from Myers in Melbourne about 6 years ago. It is boxed and cost me about $20 AU.
