Hi. I was thinking what kind of post to make next, and i realised there arent all that many sports posts.
How much do you weight? is it hard for you to gain weight? or are you overweight like circy? circy weights 300 lbs.. and has a bodyfat of 99%
Anyway, you should watch out how many calories you eat per day, if you eat too little, your metabolism will decreasse and you'll lose muscle mass. But if you eat too much (like circy) you'll get really realy really fat.
If you run 1 hour per day you'll burn 500 calories.. and you'll become ripped, like me. You dont nead to run though, if you walk same distance as if you ran for 1 hours, you'd burn 450 calories..almost as good as running, but you'll take up twice the time.. and your methabolism will stay low.
That's nice but.. I recomend training your body proportionaly. People tend to work only the biceps, and not the triceps, etc. Or just the upper part of the body, and not train their legs.
Since this is a place where many hardgainers may gather, i recomend reading what to do in that situation. Some people gain weight easely, and gain bodyfat faster(look at circy) For some gaining weight is really hard. Remember to eat proteins because they rebuild damaged tissue and build bigger muscle mass. Your muscle gets bigger after you've finished working out, not during.
And dont try to work out while eating very little, if you dont eat you wont get bigger and ripped like me. In adition i can kick broomies ass cuz i go to kunf fu class.
I get most of my exercise from playing DDR (for those of you who live under a rock, it's a game by Konami where arrows scroll up the screen in time with the music and when they hit the top row, you step on the corresponding arrow on what amounts to a d-pad style dance-mat). I've been playing for close to 2 years, so at my level it's a hell of a workout. 300 to 500 steps in 90 seconds is beastly.
