All the basic gameplay elements are in place and the first&only level for this demo is finished.

Check the demo:

Read the version history to see what has been added and changed since previous onces:

All that's left is implementing the special TEN (Tomatoman Entertainment Network) interface, including a time limit.

Whoa..."What happen?"

Things are VERY choppy and slow with this build, and everything appears to stop when Hooghar is standing on the electrical trigger (even the Tomatomen stop wlaking). Stepping off of it returns movement to normal (but still slow).

I cannot collect the skulls in the starting area. Moving to the left with Hooghar causes jumpy and jerky behaviour, and appears very laggy.

Stepping on the electrical trigger didn't seem to deactivate the electric barrier (everything was frozen, and the barrier was still visible).

I also could not switch to Fishhead.

Attempted this only on Firefox (my build of Iron became corrupted, so I've not used it recently).

Thanks for testing.

Hmm that's not supposed to happen, in Iron and Opera everything just works.

I've tested Firefox too today, version 3.6.13 on Linux and I don't experience choppiness, but I do experience slowness compared to Iron. Only two things can improve this: better JavaScript engine or better CPU. Because on my 700 mhz netbook it's almost impossible to play.

Also the "S" for switching is still working. Standing on the electrical trigger should play an ogg sound file which might give the problems you describe. Because on rekonq (another linux browser) I am not getting any sound and do experience the "everything appears top stop" bug.

I'll look further into this problem these holidays.
