Hello Daily Click!

I'm working on a new game that atmospherically explores the ideas of meditation, space travel, theoretical physics, time, philosophy, and religion.

The project is going to be much more focused on being a complete experience instead of trying to achieving any one particular objective like my previous failed release, FREAKS!.

Unfortunately this is all I can say right now. You'll have to wait for more information!

The Waiting Game as an RNAMME
Posted 2nd Feb 11, by Mr. Hexagon Post A Comment
The Waiting Game is going to be a Relaxing Natural Ambient Meditation Maximizing Experience, or "RNAMME."

Let's break down what that means for the player:

RELAXING - The Waiting Game's main intent is to provide an environment where players can escape from stress and just let go. (http://create-games.com/article.asp?id=2214 I have talked about the issues of stress before on The Daily Click.)

NATURAL AMBIENT - The setting for The Waiting Game is unlike other games in that it doesn't try to recreate and actual place. The atmosphere is subliminal. The idea is to gently tell players where they are, but not penalize them for using their imagination.

MEDITATION MAXIMIZING - While you won't need The Waiting Game to meditate, players will enjoy using The Waiting Game as a meditation aid because of the ways it will enhance their quiet time.

EXPERIENCE - There will be no winning or losing in The Waiting Game. Players will be free to play for as long as they want.

If you are interested in more information, I have typed a more detailed description of just what a RNAMME is in ( http://misterhexagon.blogspot.com/2011/01/waiting-game-explained.html ) a special post on my blog.

But until then, you're going to have to wait!
