No, because hardly anyone makes extensions for TGF anymore. Upgrade to MMF

Just jump in and have a go, it's not so difficult if you think about it logically. If you find a tut that's fine, but I wouldn't bother looking at Zeb. It's probably too confusing if you don't already know what's happening.

a note to exlusively mmf supporters - i've been using both MMF and TGF for about a year now - don't keep telling people to upgrade, TGF is better in some ways and for some people

secondly, not everyone can script a good movement from scratch - so stop acting like every kliker is on your skill level

and in answer to your specific question, Edwin, I do not know of any but I also think there should be one

That's like asking why you can't set an active object to custom movement. It's called... "CUSTOM" movement...

Gives me away,

Weston: nobody is going to improve if they never try. If you need a custom engine, you have to code a custom engine. That's how things work.

Hey, I thought I would never get a good original, custom platform engine. But the one I'm using in my latest game is really nice - and I'm not that good a coder. Just take your time with the engine - you'll have time to tweak it out.

Modify the built-in platform movement It's possible to do it without, but it doesn't look very good, so use fastloops and/or Move Safely and lines of code in double figures if you want anything decent.

I think your best chance of getting a movement extension for TGF would be to bribe Fodo lots of money to make one for ya. That is assuming it can even be DONE in TGF. Everyone just assumes that anything you can do in MMF can be done in TGF but there have been changes made to the SDK that allow for more things to happen.... TGF just flat out doesn't have the ability to do some of the things MMF can do.....

Or, get Visual C++, grab a copy of the extension sdk (if you can even find it), and make one yourself.

A bit of insanity with every bite!
