I was just wondering where you can find a program (if there is one) that allows you to make extensions for TGF or MMF?

That would be Visual C++.
Not exactly a cheap or easy programming language to learn. But thems the breaks

If you want to make them for MMF you could also make ActiveX objects in Visual Basic. Not exactly extensions, but they can be like them.

You can get a visual basic active x developer kit from Microsoft's website for free! It's Visual Basic but you can only make Active X files. So if you don't want to buy C/VB get the free version, its really good.

almost the same things as extentions... just a bit harder to use sometimes

Active X is an extention technology originally built for use on the web, it's a small application basically that integrates with something else to get the end result, so yeah, it's an extention

The people who made MSN were silly enough to use active x for their program, so you could make MSN tools up until version 4 with Active X.

You dont need to buy C++ like Muggus said, you can create an extension using C and compile it using one of the many free compilers available (such as LCC-WIN32). But it still requires a knowledge of C (which is quite an easy language to learn, but it's still a language  )

yeah, well i wouldn't recommend starting out with C. try something easier first (like jama,VB,or something else..) but when you know jama or php, C's not far away

ive tried to learn c++ before... but i stopped cause i didnt understand anything... but after learning game makers easy scripting language everything seems so clear

I wouldnt put C in the same boat as Jama and PHP... C can do a lot more, but requires more work.
Come to think of it I wouldnt put PHP in the same boat as Jama either. They're all completely different Not just as far as the language goes, but how you do things.
