TDC does have a chat ... look top right corner of the top menu navigation bar thingy ... Not that anyone use it

i've seen karraptor talk about twice (ever) in another room. Didn't say much though

I've gotten karraptor to talk in the TDC room by eating parts of him. I think I'd eaten all his limbs and was just starting on his head when he woke up and used raptor magic to grow them back.
