I loaded up an MFA I had been working on and upon running the frame it showed the window but nothing was happening. It was just as though all of the events were being ignored. You might think I had an event to disable them. but I spent ages checking and no.

And how i fixed it?
I cut all of the events, then pasted them again straight away one second later. Now it all works fine! wtf!

Are you running Windows 7?

I installed Windows 7 for about 20 minutes and reformatted because Multimedia Fusion refused to behave properly for some odd reason. I could create a small test app and run it 10 times and each time I would get different results. Sometimes nothing would appear, sometimes the code would halfway work, not work at all, or just do some really weird stuff. I also deleted all the code, but the app still would randomly run as if there were code which is what really got me.

If you have the problem again and have access to XP try running the code on an XP computer first.

Other than that I guess it could have been some corrupted code or a corrupted MFA? I've seen code get corrupted in older click products and you just had to guess which code was corrupted and re-create it.

Never had that problem before.

I have had the "bad object" bug though.
Sometimes deleting a creation event for an object that doesn't exist in the frame editor will have an object that is "stuck" in the project.
The only way to fix it is to create a new project and copy and paste the code.

Make sure you have the latest updates installed!
