I'm using R250, but I have a previous project designed with R239. The new ToolTip.mfx does not work with the old project. Cannot load ToolTip.mfx

Any suggestions?

Update your version of the extension. It may have compatibility issues with the release of MMF2 to which you upgraded.

...And why not update your version of MMF2 to the most recent one? You can pick that up at the ClickTeam website free of charge, or use the automatic updater feature of MMF2 if you have persistent internet access.

So I just uninstalled, re-installed, and updated to R256. Everything works again! Yay!

Good to hear it's been sorted for you.

For future reference...Here's another site that seems to be more up-to-date with extensions, including obsolete and Beta versions. Quite extensive; I've not found a more thorough website to find new extensions (short of using the Extension app):
