Well to start with it was self defense, the black guy took the first swipe. He followed the white man and provoked him, so he got everything he asked for. The rest of the punches could be classed as an offense, but when you're pumped with adrenalin and angry you will keep going. I don't blame the White man at all in this case.
The same white man who was in the news before for causing trouble at a baseball game while intoxicated. Drunk old man and too easily offended black man. Black guy was the one who told the white get to get to the front of the bus and stop talking to him. White guy wouldn't shut his mouth. Black guy got what he deserved and if white guy went to jail, white guy got what he deserved.

Have to say it wasn't totally clear who started what here, but here goes;
The white guy appears to have instigated the arguement over something the black guy said, though without hearing properly what the black guy said (i think it was before the video anyways) i can't say whether it was a 'justified' reaction or not. However, it is clear to me both guys were up for an argument of some kind, judging by the slanging match between them and the black guy chose to make it physical (idiot) and in my opinion got his just-desserts. Not sure you could say it was self-defence what the white guy did, however i think a judge would come don on the white guy's side when you consider a) he did initially try to escape the conflict by moving to the other end of the bus, b) afterards, the black guy approached him twice, c) he was attacked first, d) he's significantly older, and e) how was the white guy to know that after all this, the black guy ould just stay down after initially falling? It could be argued he was so frightened he wasn't prepared to take chances. In light of a) - d), it is fair to say he has a case.
From my own personal point of view though, they're both a pair of idiots, however i'm glad the black guy got a beating i really am. To start attacking a senior citizen is completely unacceptable and he deserved to be punked out in front of those girls - looooooooser!!!

The white guy is a bit crazy, but apparently the argument was started over the black guy being racist. The white guy asked his friend if he could use some money he borrowed to buy some shoes for his moms funeral. He said "I'll have my boy shine them." and thats what started it - go figure. The dumb black guy wasn't minding his business and said "Whys it gotta be my boy?" and they kept on and it eventually ended up with the black guy "Getting pissed" about EBM talking about his own brother so the black guy obviously retorted with "Whys it gotta be your brother."
As you can see in the video, EBM pretty much told the black guy to gtfo when he told him to move to the front. He only moved to the front to get away from the guy and the guy pursued and hilarity ensued.
