Thats the way buildings are structured, with increased load capacity along the walls and stuff straight up and down, not completely even. You end up seeing edges stick up like in that photo, where the frame looks like little toothpick buildings missing pieces. For example, a window might blow out, but the frame around it stays in, or the top bar of the window is gone but the other 3 edges stuck around. Normally the softer parts (or the parts hit stronger, esp. by a rocket) of the building break first, which creates jagged edges. Disclaimer: Any sarcasm in my posts will not be mentioned as that would ruin the purpose. It is assumed that the reader is intelligent enough to tell the difference between what is sarcasm and what is not.
