Since we are still on the subject of tattoos. Got it finished today.
Here is a pick of it after it was done (still bleeding, so the turtles look alittle hungover).
dude you have balls, if by any chance I'd be spotted with one of those tatoos I'd be socially dead.
Not that there's anything wrong with them of course (I loved TMNT in my childhood btw) but not everyone has the same taste and will use that as an excuse for a few lulz.
I'm not sure if your from the UK or not, but i've never found anyone to "be nasty/rude" about anything like that.
I go into a few different pubs with my wife, wearing a transformers or ninja turtles t-shirt (even a pink one) and people are more interested in taking a closer look at your tattoos (i've even had a proper skinhead and a biker showing me thier tattoos).
There's alot of truth in that - my mate has got loads of tatoos on his arms and i think most of them look crap, however they attract attention everywhere and most people think they look cool, so they must be good!
Just coz i think they ain't good doesn't mean they aren't!
I think people take the piss more at badly done tattoos.
Like if someone had a bugs bunny that looks like its been on heroin for 20 years.
But if its done well people just appriciate it, even if its somthing they wouldnt have in a million years.
I for one would never have "tribal", because in the UK thats considered to be what all the chavs have and in general just doesn't interest me. But I can appriciate when its well done.
