OK, here's the deal: I need a platform movement tutorial, as good as possible. BUT, I don't want it to be TO complicated because, I admit it, I not very good at coding...at the moment. So, to sum up, I want the best platform movement tutorial as possible without having to spend to much effort on it. Any suggestions?

There's one three-quarters of the way down the page. I haven't opened it, but it's by the notorious DavidN, so...

I've used it, it's pretty kickass. You should use it.

It's a good example but relies on a lot of detectors for the movement. I'd suggest looking into using the Platform Movement Object extension that comes in the MMF bonus pack. It includes a lot of examples with it and it's fairly easy to understand (a lot easier than a custom movement such as that by DavidN - since you say you aren't great at coding).

I agree with Rhys, use the PMO unless you want to get really decent at coding. The PMO is very flexible and should cover all your needs for a basic engine.

Ok, where would I find this "PMO"? Is it just the default platform movement?
