Any one else noticed how mmf2 loves to crash when you copy and paste in the event list? not every time, but if you do it often, it does become massively unstable after a while (for me at aleast).

It's not the normal error message either, asking if I want to send microsoft a report etc. The whole program just instantly vanishes without a trace!

What are the actual minimum specs for MMF2? It's possible my PCs too crap I guess.

Never had this happen! I've been torturing MMF2 with a series of large files for over a year and I've not had a single crash in a long time. No Bad Objects either. Whatever that last update did it was pretty magical.

I never had it happen, but it's definitely not because your specs are too low. There's probably something wrong with the implementation of one vital piece of hardware somewhere, which could mean that you have a lesser-brand computer or some more rare, less well tested hardware in it. Or just something defective or wrongly configured (hardware-wise) but not usually a problem for the system.

Didn't TGF users suffer greatly when copy and pasting events?

I used to get it quite often on TGF and MMF1, and also for a while on MMF2, and I used MMF2 on two different computers. It seems to have been sorted for ages though now. Is your MMF2 fully updated?

I think it's the latest non-hwa version, but I'm not certain. Like I said, it's not every time or anything, just becomes frequent after I've been doing it a lot (if I restart MMF after a crash, they start again almost straight away).
It sometimes get to the stage where I save every time I'm going to copy & paste - it's only slightly easier than just rewriting the whole event.

Actually, it's been behaving quite well just lately, touch wood.

MMF2 rarely crashes for me but when it has it's always been because of deleting an object from the frame editor. To fix it all I do is work on something else for a few minutes then the object can be deleted just fine.

Tell a lie. I get crashes from the media library thingy window. Happens when I play and try to stop certain tracks. Cue the song looping and MMF2 unresponsive.
