this i could live with...having my active shoot down for sometimes...but i put in a boss and the shooting down thing turned into a problem

i know the perfect shooting were looks this way -->int flag on and etc. but when the active jumps while shooting it falls and shoots down
i tried
active direction (down)+int flag 1 on=look --->
active direction (up)+int flag 1 off=look <----
but no good

Could you explain it more? I haven't got a clue what you're trying to say.

This maybe helps! try to limit the directions you can shoot with the charachters directions.

use a flag.

whenever you press right, set the flag on, whenever you press left, set the flag on

Now in your bullet conditions, say:
IF
Press shoot button
Flag is on
THEN
Shoot right

IF
Press shoot button
Flag is off
THEN
Shoot left

Do this:

Upon pressing "Right"
+ Set Alterable Value to 1

Upon pressing "Left"
+ Set Alterable Value to 0

Upon pressing "Control" & Alterable Value = 1
+ Shoot Right

Upon pressing "Control" & Alterable Value = 0
+ Shoot Left

It seems I'm not meant to help people.
I already posted a solution on this in another thread, but never got looked at.
