Last I checked, I don't ever even recall him actually doing anything, considering you're suggesting the admins do anything to begin with. I truly don't think TDC is going to need a replacement, especially not asap.
I definitely think we need more admins. Or moderators, rather. I mean seriously, whenever someone does something stupid on the forums, there are two possible outcomes: A moderator takes care of it (by removing/editing the post or sending a warning to the poster, etc), or the members take care of it (internet drama, flamewars).
What I'm saying is that we need more people to moderate this place. Not like superadmins who can post news and ban people, but rather a handful of regulars who can help keep things civil. And by regulars I mean people who are actually online all the time.
In other words, is there any way we could clone Flava or something?

You know, it'd also be nice if we didn't have to babysit this community 24/7. It's beginning to feel like grade school in here.

Andy, you seem like you could be a pretty good Admin. Something tells me that my admin experience at Teatons.com is notably different; I'd probably not do too well here.
