You're starting to annoy me, what are you on about? I don't see what is negative about not liking admins who play around with features that are supposed to help the stabillity of the community. With that I refer to admins who ban themselves, have fun with DCpoints and custom names and lock/delete topics just because they don't like them.

Yes. As you know Clubsoft recently changed how the user display areas look (with the stars, DC points .etc) and so the message which showed a user was banned was removed. I was trying to code this back in by using myself as a test and eventually gave up as I couldn't get it to work.
But obviously you guys know more than I do - though I don't feel I should have to explain myself.

OK, wait a sec. This is getting bad here. Those custom ratings are there as a joke in the first place. I don't see there is a big fuss over Flava's joke now. I suppose you people want to get rid of the custom titles and change them all into stars?
I think it's a bad thing, they are there for people who actually did something for it, then some admin comes in "HEY PM MAIL ME FOR A CUSTOM RATING BECAUSE I CAN GIVE YOU ONE AS I AM A MIGHY ADMIN!" Same for the DC-points. That would be ok if things were running fine here.
Oh, you party pooper. They're still a lot better than the old "Cowboy Bebop Rocks" ratings.
Besides, the only accomplishments you can make are a GOTW award and donating (I do not consider post counts as an achievement). And you can get a little icon for those.
I just explained the first thing I said in this thread, I am not gonna change my point of view and I can't help everything here catches fire today. I am not complaining, just saying.
I didn't have a bad day, just a very active one, and I don't see how "you take life too seriously" would help anybody. That's actually the kind of thing that fucks me, hence my reaction and I'm not sorry.
By saying "relax man" I also meant "don't get into unnecessary conflicts".

Well I'm sorry that it upsets you that we like to try to have a bit of fun around here. DC points have always been semi-pointless, and people liked the custom ratings; so obviously it was wrong of us to give them to people. I promise I'll never do it again.
Yes, I banned myself; mostly because I had the question on if it was possible. It was (had to have DavidN unban me, bless his bald head). Of course, I'm kinda confused at why this is an issue now considering most of this stuff was at least 6 months ago.
It saddens me that everyone around here is talking about how bad this place is getting; then 90% of those people are doing all they can to make it worse (Not Hayo, who's complaints I take seriously because he's a stand up member of this community; but you others know who you are).
So let me ask you this; what do you guys want?

Consistency to rules. I don't exactly see what a ban does to help anything, but it's important to interpret rule breaking similarly to reduce all unfairnesses. Not that I usually care, I enjoy the forums in whatever state :$

Once more, with "Just shows how serious this place is" I meant "Admins are playing with themselves so this really isn't a serious community" You don't have to tell me to calm down or that I am taking life too serious like you know anything about me and go "oh gosh nevermind" when I react.

I hear sweet whisperings of a mute option and block PM option. Maybe one day such bliss will be available to the admins and there'll be mediums between a warning and a ban. Maybe.
