Now my next question is.
I need to put some words into the picture, using paint, and the anti-aliasing has been turned off somehow on my computer. It doesn't even work in Word.
How do I turn it back on so that it works in Word and Paint???
Or do I have to download it from somewhere?

Go to screen properties or whatever it's called in English versions of Windows. Click on the tab where you can edit window colours and stuff. Click on advanced, turn on the second option if it isn't, and select ClearType in the list. Ok, Ok, done.
EDIT: you probably have to restart your program for this to have effect.
EDIT 2: font antialiasing is not recommended for pixel art.

I have a question about this resizing though- Okay, in order for it to look good it will most likely use some sort of internal filteration to make the colors blend a bit and look better when larger, right? If that's the case, the picture's outline will actually be a ton of colors instead of just the outline or whatever and if he uses this new picture for say, an active object, won't this crappy blended outline not work with the transparency and look.... crappy??

DaVince's Windows doesn't have a virus it's in Dutch.
And the program he gave me doesn't enlarge the picture by using colour blends. The picture's outline, after enlargement, is not a ton of colours. If the outline is black and blue, the enlarged outline will be black and blue. That's the magic of the program. Download it and have a look. http://www.create-games.com/download.asp?id=5872
Also, I'm not using the picture for a game. I'm going to print it.
On a side point, anyone know of a free algorithm for pixel resizing? I don't mean nearest neighbour (where it looks pixelated), but a resizer which simply draws a higher resolution (but still non-antialiased) version of the original?
