Really nice. Generally, the perspective follows all the proper vanishing point rules and stuff, but the floor texture looks a bit off.

I have to disagree entirely with Teapot.
Your texture and detail are both very good, but your perspective is way off.
Also, some shading would be in order. There is single bare bulb for a light-source, this should be making some pretty dramatic shadows.
