1280x1024. But I'm aiming to have at least a second monitor by the end of the year.

This thread is retarded as hell, so I went about fitting in with it. I don't even know if it's at 75Hz I think it's 80 or something...

1280x1024

But recently my moniter hasn't been happy displaying 800x600 (on certain games), and the monitor needs to be physically adjusted to display the resolution properly. Also, 320x240 displays only on the top half of the screen now by default, i can change this but i have to every time i use the resolutions.
It used to support all resolutions by default. Any help?

On a topic of LCD and CRT monitors:

I only prefer my LCD on its native resolution (1280x1024), it looks appauling on low resolutions, i really miss the smoothed pixels on my old CRT monitor. Does anyone else get annoyed by this? I often play 3D games on 800x600 for a faster framerate (my computer really struggles playing 3D games on 1280x1024).

The way that flat-panel monitors can't resize quite as well does get to me a bit, but my laptop has an option to turn the resizing feature off and just draw in a 'window' in the centre of the screen. I'm not sure if any monitors actually have this option.

I've now been using a TFT monitor for a couple of weeks, and it's much better than my old LCD - first of all, it isn't the size of a TV set, and it's also much sharper, without the 60Hz flickering that was slowly turning me into an epileptic.

That is because this and many other topics are a load of rubbish.

I'm sorry I didn't make you laugh, but i'm not going to stop. It's called having a laugh.
