Hey, All!
Ok, heres the deal...

If any of you recall, awhile back I posted info regarding an animated spoof game I was planning (and created a full trailer for, thus far)...'Chicken's Lair', a parody of 'Dragon's Lair' starring the cast of TV's 'Family Guy'.

http://www.karcreat.com/ChickensLair.html

I was awaiting word from Seth MacFarlane (creator of the show) as to what HE thought of it all, and Alex Borstein ('Lois' on the show, and executive producer) finally showed him the trailer I had done...he loved it!

So heres where I need some help from the REAL game programmers here (unlike myself...YOU guys are actually great at programming this stuff, Im just an artist/animator for the most part...but I AM smart enough to know when its time to call in the clever folks to assist my butt!...

I need help with the programming.
The game is to be created in 'Games Facory' utilizing either DivX AVI clips or MPEGs...and I can do all the bits that involve player interaction/programming as far as what clips play/switch over when a key is pressed at the right/wrong time, etc...
What I need help with is the programming aspect that will allow the finished game to be played from a DVD or CD drive, as Seth wants me to send him a copy when its done.

The final game will more than likely weigh in at about 400 or so MB.

I also would appreciate assistance with the 'final level' of the game, which I want to play like the old 'Street Fighter', where Peter Griffin will battle the Chicken.

Anyone willing to assist me on this will get credited in the final game, both in the 'scroll credits' and on the coverart.

Please email me at...

...with comments or offers to help...Lord knows I will more than likely need it...

Thanks!
K
