Hey Shab, is 5 levels enough, or must it be more than 5?
What about 5 lvls + 1 boss?

What does it matter? It has to be original art, and I have yet to see the term "Rip" used to describe anything close to original art.

EDIT: Basicly, if you aren't sure wether it is a rip or not: It is.
