Then that random piece repeats and repeats. Not only that, but there are some unfitting/not very good sounding instruments/samples used. There are also practically no instruments playing in the background, so you don't have anything accompanying(?) the music. This counts for all the songs. Not good. Old member (~2004-2007).

And the first four tunes weren't intentionally made as game music, more like regular music, so they're quite different from most game MODs. I'm quite confused since I hear the songs are too random yet too repetitive, and I don't know how that works out. And most of the samples are taken from actual songs, though only when the specific sound is isolated. Is "that random piece" Gaiasword? I'm definitely remaking that one since I liked the MIDI (gasp) better, so I'm suiting it to fit that sound more, which is much better and less annoying. I really wanted to use that Spoon sample, that's all. Oh! My god.

That riff contains some pretty random notes. And like riffs are, they repeat. So yeah. But yeah, I said this kinda counts for all of the songs, sorry to say. Old member (~2004-2007).
