Name reminds me alot of PristonTale for some reason, what kind of game is this? I mean you havent offered much information other then all the technical stuff, which is nice, but if you want some people to help out, they need to know exactly what they are helping out with, other then just "your helping out with a game".

Anyone interested still can aplly.

To DaVince:

MMF = Mainframe of the game, what you see and what you do.
VB = Loader of the game.
C++ = The reason I used some C++ is to use the dynamic memory function of it. It works like a charm to store the global values and make it easier to work with inis.

The idea sounds good, but a bit too farfetched... Any good progress on this yet? If not, try to aim lower.
