Howdy Guys! Quick Question: Does it matter if I draw a black lines around sprites in my games? Thanks!

Games currently in "the works":

Moonrise
My Fantasy (dieing dream)
Shadowed Sunset (this one will be cool)
Dragon Riders (Newer, better animated, cooler, and less gradient version!)

I usually outline my sprites in black, or colour the outline to blend in with the sprite eg. if my character is wearing a brown shirt, ill have a dark brown outline around it. It depends on your style though and the look you want to achieve.

I think the darker outline is a better idea, rather than just plain ol' black. You can also tweak it to help shading.
