Am I the only one who sees the problem with having a fixed screensaver like that though?
I mean... the point of the screensaver is to make sure the same image doesn't remain on the screen for too long, otherwise classic monitors will experience that annoying 'burn-in' that pretty much ruins your monitor.
So by popping a guy up that's unchanging for five or six hours won't exactly be that useful. Neat, sure. But a bit moot.
I made a screensaver out of my snake game - the only thing that didn't normal move was the walls, so I made them fade out and die over time, and move them somewhere else. That way, nothing remains in one place on the screen for more than a minute or two, tops.
It is a cool picture though. Just make parts of it move or something, you know. If your making a screensaver, you might as well do it right.
