Ok.. we've already got the basic guys for design, coding, and sprite animations, so I suppose all we need is a background artist. If you're interested, just tell me in a DC-mail or post a reply, and I'll send you the full game design so far, though there's a little test to make sure that you're not some retarded noob who'd leak the plot to the community .

Style
As mentioned in the title, it can be pixelated or hand-drawn, just as long as it fits in with the main graphics. Main graphics:

Graphics needed
Seems like we need a lot of graphics, though how much exactly is dependent on the level designers.

Prologue:
An ancient elven forest (ie. massive trees you can jump on), a small treehut with lots of junk in it, and a small elven village built on the trees.

Chapter 1:
Same forest, just in night-time (though I could photoshop the same graphics to make it night), a small tent brimming with anti-magic technology

Chapter 2:
General background for a swamp battle, a dusty/muddy road and a cab, and an urban setting (lots of big shiny buildings with lots of rubbish & pollution, but mostly at the bottom of it all).

And much of the other chapters take place in a dark urban setting...

So, if anyone's interested in helping out, feel free to let me know. I could say that with the stuff we have on this game so far, it's going to be a major hit in the community... but bragging is lame .

I am interested , I could help you indeed . Just send me the mail and the qualifieing stuff if you want . Seeing from what the graphics look like now, I think Id probably make the backgrounds in mspaint, or in MMF or TGF itself, and make the night conversion using photoshop. I draw in paint all the time, here is a not really pixelated but still big piece of me that I did in paint:

Some cloudy background I made for a game:

And a character I hand drew, then scanned and colored in photoshop: (3 years ago i think )
