THIS IS FOR THE MINIGAME COMPETITION

Alone In The Light is an arcade-ish game in which you have to avoid light. You play as the monster named The Dark Creature who just can't stand light.

This is the first game in a series I'm possibly going to make. The other games'll be more adventurous and shooter-ish.

The graphics are seriously whack.

And only two weapons is low in variety and boring. And The music at the start is Midi.

Ouch.

The concept is pretty cool, but this minigame isn't very good.

I think you should have made it more clear that the goal was to kill as many of these little green guys as possible while avoiding random semi-transparent objects that are coming at you.

The automatic felt like the obvious choice, though it had a very tedious sound effect that made it irritating to use.

I think you could have made something better if you had left the shooting out, and instead built more on the idea of avoiding lights, making it more of a stealth game if you see what I mean.

If you plan to make a bigger shooter game out of this, you might want to redesign the body of your dark creature. A small gray tromb isn't very inspiring, pethaps you should look at other dark charactes, like Raziel from the Legacy of Kain series.
