When I posted a preview of my upcomming (SOON) game "Furballs", a few recognized the name as an old "classic" game from the 1990's called Furballs, and it was.. similar.

Did I copy the idea from the old game? No silly! I made the old game.

So here it is, to hype (actually it will lower expectations) my new Furballs game, the Furballs game that never got finished: Furballs Zero! (Yeah, like Earthbound Zero)

So, what can you expect from this game.. Hint: It was started in 1995 and ended in 96, so dont expect the quality of the newer games.

The GOOD:
1. Hand-drawn and scanned graphics by me and my old and less talented (hehe ) friend.
2. One of the first "epic" Click games.
3. One of the first Click games that didn't completely suck.
4. Nostalgia for the older days... before you were born, maybe? he he
5. Two levels never before seen by anyone but me and Gus. Not included in the old Furballs.zip I unleashed to Click Cafe eons ago.

The BAD:
1. It still sucks. Very much.
2. Non-custom platform engine with a low jump. It totally blows.
3. Buggy perharps?
4. Some parts are too dificult because the collition detection sucks.

So, if you want a piece of "history" download this 3MB game and see it, delete it and barf. My new game, called Furballs will come out soon (it's finished, just waiting to see if I find more bugs). It's 100x better, really, try it, it will not suck.

BTW: Here is a 1-Megabyte demo for the new Furballs game: http://home.coqui.net/mujicas/FurballsDemo.zip

No music, no title screen and has a bug (the plant monster cant decide to eat you or not) which was fixed in the final version but I was too lazy to fix it in the demo, just dont touch the plant, it's easy to jump over it. ok?

Enough, download. Write funny reviews on how much old games sucked and be happy.

Hmmm...not nearly as good as the new 'Furballs.' But its okay for an old kilk game.

I didn't know that they excepted "Klik 'N Play" games on this site. In any case, good work! I don't know how many times I've played this game. And I love the voice that says "You are going to die..."
