Ship blasting, Boss Toasting, Heavily armed battle
Flyte: You play as Flyte, the Protagonist of the game. You can fly in your ship, Aero, or in some levels, play as Flyte himself. This game is a bit complicated at times, however this game will provide entertainment for all.
The ship has 14 weapons to unlock, and Flyte has 9 Weapons to recieve(plus 1 secret weapon). Destroy on-coming enemies, defeat 14 bosses, and Blast your way to victory!
Everyone has a dream. A childhood dream, that is. Flyte's was to become a pilot of an air ship... and his dream came true one day. Set in the year 3000... the 3rd Millenium. And In the city of Xerodia, Flyte was 15 years of age. He was enrolled into a racing tournament, and was an unstoppable racer, Defeating all opposers.
One day he was banned from racing for breaking the rules. Flyte went home... Crushed. He was drafted into the U.S. army 2 years later, and he proved to be an excellent gun man. 8 years later he was through with his army business, and returned home. Life had changed alot for Flyte, concerning his drafting into the army, and his banning from racing. Life for him was now changed, and simpler. Until one day... The virus, Nathenol Virvus (A.K.A Nano Virus) attacked The city of Xerodia. Flyte rushed to his home, grabbed his keys, his helmet, his gun, and his wits... and Got back behind the throttle. Maybe for the last time.
Combining his Army Tactics and his piloting Skills... Flyte has just enough Firepower to defeat the source of the Nano Virus.

Ammo is a precious thing in this game; as is common to all shooter games.
Most ammunition in this game requires: energy.
Different ammunitions use more energy than others, and some less. Say... 1 bullet costs 2 energy. 1 energy goes to the bullet, and the other to waste. Some bullets cost only 1 energy, resulting in NO waste(Good for the enviroment! LOL ). Energy will slowly recharge over time, but by picking up power ups you can gain energy. Some ammunitions will need Electricity to power them. Electricity will recharge quickly, but the weapons do less damage. NO electricity is wasted. Also Electricity, when fired from the ship, is slightly in-accurate. Only two weapons use Fire. Fire requires Oxygen to fire, AND recharge it. As alot of us know... There is NO Oxygen in space, so the ship was rigged to blast oxygen along with the Fire, resulting in a unique weapon(Sorta... ). Oxygen cannot and WILL not recharge by itself. It requires picking up Oxygen power ups to get your Oxygen back.
We've come to a conclusion.
Upsides: Wider range of Blasters than the others, Average damage.
Downsides: More energy is wasted than necessary, Slow recharging.
Upsides: High ROF, No Electricity wasted.
Downsides: Low Damage, In-accurate when fired from ship.
Upsides: Stronger than the rest, Unique(not really an upside but...).
Downsides: Requires Oxygen to fire, Alot of Oxygen and Fire wasted, Oxygen does not recharge.
The best weapon type I'd say is Energy. Go for that, it's your basic gun anyway.
Okay, so I released the menu preview and it seems people didn't take to it too well.
They'd rather have game play (Which IS understandable!) But once I get enough gameplay I'll release another demo. Thanks to everyone who liked the preview anyhoo.

Progress on Flyte will be pretty delayed(Until I beat Kingdom Hearts probably. LOL) but not stopped. Why yes. I really am enjoying my PS2. And remember, you have PLENTY of time to Favourite and request a spot in Flyte.
