As far as I know, he's simply been deleted. By me, twice, as I recall. He can come back if he wants, but I have to say I wouldn't encourage it.

I'm unsure why people petition for the disruptive people to come back. Maybe they feel they brighten up the site?
Anyway, Chamzel, the chances of you being banned are pretty much zero as you seem to be one of the most sensible users on the site.
