I just saw that this game is in alpha, but when I saw the screen shots of the health and status of units, I immediately thought of your game concept and how one could go about realistic unit damage, health and recovery. Maybe it's closer to your other combat game concept from a while back, but in any case you and your designs came to mind.
The game is currently called "Kenshi" and is part of an indie-developer bundle at Gamers Gate:
