What has Hayo been up to? / New download : Millo (Interactive historical atlas)
News posted 31st August, 2014 by Hagar
Everyone remembers Hayo, he is as well known as Waldo. Anyway, it appears that over the course of the last two years, Hayo has been busy working away on an educational tool along with his friend Frank to assist with the teaching of history.

Great work dudes! Anything that helps education is a GOOD thing in my book!

In Hayo's own words: This is a project I have been working on in the last 2 years (instead of making games). Millo is an educational browser-based tool for use in history class. It is a collection of historical maps with interactive elements in HTML5. It's currently in Dutch only, an international version might follow. Most maps contain objects that are drag-able and react with each other to show, for example, historical events and progresses.

I didn't understand very much but cool initiative! I think interactive education could be the future for all the iPad kids out there

I visit the site after years and the first thing I see is mention of Hayo. Nice to see some old names around.
