New Quick Video: Hydorah by Locomalito

People suggested I should give Hydorah a try made by Locomalito hinting that it might be a tad hard.. on purpose. And you know what they where right! Hydorah is a classic shoot em up with no mercy.

However while the game is hard, it is actually designed to give you a challenge, not for you to turn off the game in frustration, as some games tend to do. While the graphics, music and sound effects are all amazing, it is the level design that will make you come back for more. If you die, you realize it is your own doing and even if you have to start all the way at the beginning you now know how to better work that particular section of level.

It is all very old school but it works! I found myself deeply immersed in the game even if my ship would explode for the 10th time, I would only blame myself and not the game. If you are up for it and do not want a game that holds your hand, this game will be waiting for you!

It's a really good game, though it can be difficult at times, which it's meant to be.

I've been waiting for the game for so long, but now that it's released I frustratingly haven't had time to play it yet. Does anyone know what was used to create it?
