New Game : Hasslevania: The Quest For ShutEye
News posted 21st November, 2007 by The Chris Street
Del Duio has released his parodic Castlevania game entitled Hasslevania: The Quest For Shuteye. It's really quite good and looks wonderful. However at 137MB it's a fairly hefty download... but well worth it!

Comments from the Author:I'm not going to blab all about it this time, only to say that yes it's a hard-ish game and there's anywhere from 3-10 hours of gameplay time depending on what you do and what you're able to find. Have fun!!

I wasn't keen on Castlevania PoR, it's no DoS! Good work in getting to the front page

Thanks Dr. James

My Gamestop where I bought my DS at the other week had both DoS and PoR used for $19 apiece. I didn't know which one to get but figured that DoS was a lot like a game I already had (Aria of Sorrow, which was awesome too). Since I was getting a brand new system I guess I wanted a brand new type of CV game that wasn't like AoS. The whole partner system is a bit underused, at least when I play, but it's a nice game nonetheless.

At least it's better than Rune Factory. It's a GOOD game just not Harvest Moon 64 or BTN or like any of those really good HM games from way back.

I actually like PoR more than DoS, it is quite light on the two character usage though. Both games are a definate step up from the GBA ones.

What! AoS was pure brilliance. The ones before it were a bit average. AoS and DoS are probably my fave in the series.
