Lo everyone. The weekend is over again. Time to prepaire for another hard week of school! But before you bite the dust, check out these little radical creations and have that little bit of fun XD:

New extention - NEW Volume object:
Huray! Another extention, by Burkey: The Volume Object. You all probably think why? We got the mixer object! I changed my mind when I read his reasons. The (very old) Mixer object is based on some very old windows functionalities, which makes it impossible for some new sound cards to support the features it is asking. That's why Burkey came to the rescue and updated the volume controlling problems of all. One of the best new features I like: It supports cards with more than only two channel outputs! (Surround sound) Visit the Clickteam forum post on more information on what this beauty is capable of...

3D object viewer:
Not much I can say about this one except, wow! These are some extremely hard mathematical formulas. Pythagoras himself could not have programmed this better ;D. Powered by some brilliant lines this app shows you a object of several random lines/points created when you start the app. Use the arrow keys to rotate the object in 2D and 3D perspective. Think of all the beautiful possiblities! Mission briefings with 3D buildings you can rotate and observe! Anyway, have a look and see if you're smart enough to learn from it. If you can't make anything out of it but still wan't to understand and learn, mail him at Xinok@bellsouth.net...

BTW: Do you wan't to make extentions like Burkey does? Then use the very nice MMF app Burkey made. What he made is a neat little programm called "CICK : Cox Interface Creation Kit" which makes making your own extentions a lot easier. so if you wan't to read more about this nice little thing or just download it right away, have a look at this forum post and avoid the difficulty of creating extentions. Good luck!

Prepare for school? Ha, I'm free of school forever - last Uni exam today, then a three and a half month long summer holiday.

You're a bit late, Burkey's volume object came out ages ago, he also released CICK a while ago, it's just Jeff put it in the Read Only forum more recently ;-). Look at the date: 27/11/02 and I've seen a 3D wireframe display like that a few times too (http://www.clickteam.com/CTforum/showflat.php3?Board=upload&Number=112387 , http://www.clickteam.com/CTforum/showflat.php3?Board=upload&Number=103126 , http://www.clickteam.com/CTforum/showflat.php3?Board=upload&Number=97766). The maths used isn't really too complicated either, the projection formulae are: ScreenX = Focus * X/Z + ScreenWidth/2 ScreenY = Focus * Y/Z + ScreenHeight/2

I did? Damn, was it just a late post then?

I don't think that many people here knew about the Volume object though so it doesn't really matter.
