Edit: OH and to answer your question, I goto bed when I get tired and have a shower when I feel like so, I guess somewhere between 12am-12pm. Edited by the Author.

Mainly because people tend to sweat whilst sleeping, and whatnot, and it's such a great wake up call having a shower the morning after. Fresh and ready for a new day or whatever. I shower whenever necessary. Too much showering makes your skin get flaky. I don't do drugs. As those American public service announcements used to say "Drugs are for turkeys," whatever that means.
