well, i can tell that you used soften for the outline and some parts which is a poor excuse for AAing, (no offense.) But the quality of the head and the armor is very high, you sure are getting alot better then the original noir sprites!

I believe Ive said it before Shabby, but you really should save them as PNG files for uploading to the net. Try www.photobucket.com for a nice free image host.

Parts of the sprite look nice, the pattern on the legs for instance. But Im not sure about the shading on the chest armour. You havent really contrasted the head grey with the body green, making it look very dull indeed. If you lightened the green this might improve it.
Id be well happy to take a closer look at it in paint if youd saved it as something other than JPEG

PS. Im not sure about all the other new forums, but Im really liking this art section.

just a wee suggestion you could try; why not change the black outlines to darker colour of the colour/thing its surrounding. say give the red eye thing a very dark red outline etc...

Thank you Mike, but now it would seem that the image itself isn't working, so it's a moot point I guess.

@Etch - Soften? I do all my sprites in TGF, I like the interface.

@istvan - The first ver. of it was ALL grey, but I'll work on the coloring a bit and see what looks good.

@jay - I think that's how some of it is colored, but I'll take a look when I get home.
