when I select a platform movement type, if I keep pushing jump button, the player continues jumping eternal like a mad frog untill i relase the button!!! HELP ME PLEAZE!

That's odd. Is it a custom movement?

If not, try reapplying the gravity settings etc.

do you use tgf? i don't know if mmf does that but in tgf, you jump as soon as it finds a platform to jump from...

Yikes, that's a queer one. Hard to say what the problem might be without seeing code, can you paste snippets affecting the character in here?

Can none of you see whats going on here? The standard platform movement is designed so that if you hold down the jump button, the player WILL always continually bounce.

Or are you trying to say that if you press jump when its in the air, the player will start a new jump from scratch?

i use tgf, and i use the standard platform movement/engine. the only problem is: if I keep pressin' the button , the player keep jumpin'...

I've never heard of this kind of movement before?! Are we talking about TGF or MMF default platform?! My characters never did multi jump in any of my games

Oh, I thought you meant that if you kept pressing the button then the character kept getting higher and higher (like it was jumping on the air) lol! My bad.

Upgrade to MMF I dont think that has that problem, or if it does, you can use the Custom Platform Movement object to make it the way you want

unfotunately, i'm 14 years old, i don't have a job, and i'm form rome, so here there isn't a damn shop sellin' MMF....
