Hi again. I need help, i wan't to make Jetpack for one game... There you jump over tiles etc., but i need Jetpack... There would be counter for Jetpack, you could be in air like 10 secs and then let it recharge... Does anyone know how to make Jetpack?

you need a custom engine and then just make your fall strenght decrease as long as you are holding down the jetpack key

Not really, but it is a bit buggy if you don't have one.
Basically, do something like

Repeat while Plyaer 1 holds up
Active Y Pos < (number) ---> Set Active Y Pos to Active Y Pos - 2

And you can debug from there.

rapidflash you cant really have the standard movement with a jetpack cause then the standard movement becomes a custom movment

Ive made a perfectly functional Jet Pack engin in TGF
Includes
-Gravity for different planets (Global val 1)
-wind
-Atmosphere
-Special power ups etc.

I did -Always set (player x) PlayerX + Player Val A
set (player y) Playery - Player Val b

if B>(global value 1)-4 then B-1 => B
as Up is pressed.- Val b is incremented by one if B<4.

Ps. There is a hell of a lot more.

I've made a jetpack platform engine. It's more like a rocketing engine though.
