Ok i want to draw smooth 2d graphics . so please give me the name of a software by which i can draw 2d smooth graphics and there must be some tutorials for that software also .

Don't switch off the antialias unless you have to. Instead, open something like PSP, use the magic wand (play around with 'colour tolerance level') and delete the stray antialiased pixels that way. This will leave enough pixels antialiased on the inside of your image, but will get rid of any nasty debris around the edges of the main sprite. I use this when importing sprites from 3d applications all the time.
