I recently thought up a good idea.

For most people, selling one of your games wouldn't work. It's just not good enough. However, it's good enough, at least you think so; to be played. Why not band together with several people and there games and sell?

Think about it: Wouldn't it make more sense to sell 12 really good games for $20 over 1 decent game for even $10!

People get more games to play, you get a smaller peice of the pie; but at the same time, it could be benificial. This is because if they sell more, you could in the end make more than selling just 1 game to begin with.

Think it over, it could happen.

Thats cool. The thing about klik disc is the guy who sells it makes almost no money on it, and neither do the people who give him stuff to put on it.

Thats a good idea, but it does become flawed when money is the issue.

Yeah, problems arise when you screw up the distribution of money and such.

Reading this just gave me an idea. I dunno if anyone brought this up before... But TDC should have a projects board. Where people could list projects they are working on and included help needed and descriptions....

I think no one would spend 20 bucks on 12 crap DC games. If you're going to sell it, i suggest you put a lot of effort in a game intended to be free and not think about money until the end.

I try not to think about money, so instead I souley think about making a game just to impress everybody else, and pushing my limits. When making YG2, I thought the stuff im doing in YG3 were completly impossible. But I do wanna make money...

The games here, are not crap. I know plenty of people willing to spend the money, and if you had...like 25-30 it would be well worth the money.

Belive me, unless you are a hard core game player or your self a kliker, pretty much any game can be enjoyable when you have never made games before...

Im amazed by some of the past games i played that at the time i thought were absolutly amazing... Now sure there is a place for these games in my heart, i would never want to play them again...

I never think about the money... oh no i do, you have to think about the money! Its impossible not to!

Anyways... I'm just saying that someone who has limited computer experiance can be amused by 'crappy' DC games...

That really is true. I loved loads of games when I was about 7, but now I would think "Oh, the programmer could've improved this a LOT" (often for the Click games, but with others also).

As for money? Make your game, if it's of sufficiently high standard then you have a chance. My parents asked me if I was considering selling my (soon-to-be-released) game - I said that I wouldn't, because I knew that it isn't good enough and the time spent setting up a way to sell it is not worth the effort for the little that I would get. However, something like Terminal Orbit (if it's better than the demo we saw!) would sell, though I don't know how much for. I think Tigerworks was intending to sell it for something like £10 ($14) - I need to be convinced.
