Maybe he means people sometimes confuse the boards section to be about blackboards, not forums. Although they don't.

Forum is the most common word. So why not not just call it what it is? If you look in search DC you can only search the forum (whatever that is) not Boards, so even the admins use both words?
If you knew, I would have to kill you...
